Chad first cut his client service teeth as a sales associate at Athens BMW, garnering his customers’ trust while earning a University of Georgia degree. His experience and a love for people later catapulted him to the top ranked North American Lotus sales associate both in volume and satisfaction while simultaneously becoming a nationally recognized Lamborghini client advisor. Decades worth of high stakes negotiating and continual strides to exceed his client’s demanding expectations proved to be the stepping stones to real estate. Upon earning his real estate license, Chad joined Keller Williams, eager to grasp the fundamentals, later transitioning to Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International to further hone his luxury marketing skillset. However, when the opportunity arose to partner with his long time friend and real estate broker, Van Purser, it was a decision rooted in a desire no longer to be merely a top producer, but the desire to simply serve. “ I had known Van for a number of years as we both share a love for cycling.
I first met Van on what is considered by most to be the definitive weekly cycling must ride, Webb Bridge. Ounded by Van, it is as inclusive and supportive as it is challenging. Unique beyond its competitiveness, it is a catalyst to introductions and life long friendships. Amongst the topics Van and I discussed through the years of cycling, real estate was not one of them, until we both saw the need to do so. It was simple, he was fighting ALS, and I wanted to help, as I had seen him do so for others over the years. And so began my relationship with Jeanne Purser, Pam Roof, and Van Purser Realty Group." Jeanne and Van partnered in the real estate business together from 1984 until 2018 when Van had to step down from real estate after being diagnosed with ALS and passing away in 2019. Jeanne and Van spent several years with Metro Brokers and thirteen years with RE/MAX prior to the opening of their own firm in 2009.
They purchased and renovated together over 300 homes since 1981; and have served hundreds of clients over these years as their Broker. Jeanne has been a resident of Atlanta since 1978 and lived in the Johns Creek, Roswell, Alpharetta area since 1996. She knows the Atlanta market and sees herself as an advocate for those that she represents and works tirelessly to enhance benefits and exceed the expectations of her clients. She has been a long-time active member and leader at Perimeter Church in Johns Creek.
Pam Roof has lived in the Metro Atlanta area since 1972 and has called Duluth her home for the past 27 years. Growing up as an Army “brat” gave Pam the opportunity to experience many cultures all over the United States, but she is a Georgia Peach at heart. Having moved so much in her childhood also taught her the value of settling into a house that becomes a true home. Before beginning her career in real estate, Pam was designing and teaching customer service courses for a multi-national corporation.
Her natural ability for listening, problem solving, and improving the lives of those around her earned her that position, and today are clearly seen in the way approaches real estate and life. In 2015, Pam joined Van Purser Realty Group, a company with over thirty-five years experience offering exceptional service to buyers and sellers. Her broad knowledge helps her clients find the home that best suits their needs and/or sell their home for the best return on their investment. Her depth of commitment to higher principles drives to do so with excellence and care.
